Lattice Tower
Lattice Tower are generally constructed with various angles to accommodate heights ranging from 30 meters to 106 meters. These structures are engineered and fabricated to accommodate heavy duty loading imposed from the attachment of microwaves dishes and mounting of sector antennas. Additionally, the towers are formulated to house a variety of accessories, which include platforms, antenna arm mounts, lighting system mounts, monkey ladders, safety cages, cable ladders, utility mounted poles, and etc.
4 LEGGED ANGULAR LATTICE TOWER

3 LEGGED ANGULAR LATTICE TOWER
Specifically designed, tailored and formulated in accordance to the requirements of CELCO as the antenna mounting sharing structure among CELCO’s for Greenfield BTS site. The towers are fabricated strictly in compliance with British Standards.
Monopole
A single legged tubular tapered structure specially designed to serve lower loading of mounting features.
TISB is no stranger to the construction of monopoles, with a stronghold in Malaysia that stretches out across the Peninsula over the East beyond the South China Sea. In short, the faster it takes to complete a BTS station, the sooner it is the system can be commissioned. Hence, monopoles remain the first preference for moderate tele-traffic volume.

Monopole Tree
Monopole Tree is a disguised monopole consisting of a tapered steel section, finished with synthetic skin, branches and leaves. It is an innovative creation specially developed by TISB. Over the years, it has become a popular alternative, highly sought after by the wireless telecommunication industry in Malaysia for mounting antennas and microwave dishes at desired heights.
Many operators opt for the Monopole Tree for its pleasing aesthetics and practical efficiency which includes its smaller footprint, lower installation cost along with its time-saving construction process.

Self Support Mast
A steel structure having four vertical legs with a square-like pan dimension varying from 600mm to 2500mm, depending on heights and attachment loadings. External platform can be designed at any desired height to house antenna and microwave dishes.
Mini Mast is specially designed to be installed on roof top while green field stations normally adopt a large and higher mast. The mast can also be camouflaged, disguised as a clock tower, minaret and etc.
DESIGN CRITERIA
1. Wind speed designed to 120km/h.
2. Twist and sway are controlled beneath 0.5 degree at the top of mast.

DESIGN CRITERIA
1. Polyurethane panels completed with two superficial pre-coated colour bond steel sheets. Assembled in full cam-lock system. Supply in 75mm thick with density of polyurethane formulated at density of 40kg/m3 and k-value between 0.28w/m2 °C to 0.11 w/m2 °C.
2. All members of steel works are hot dip galvanized in accordance to BS 729 (1971).
Aviation Obstacle Light
AeroLight solar primary and aviation obstruction light is a power supply system composed of high-efficient solar cell panel and low-temperature maintenance-free storage battery. With luminous diode (LED) as the illuminant, it controls circuit by low energy consumptions which makes it be charged in the daytime and blink in the night. The system can work successively for more than fifteen days even in rainy days.
AeroLight solar powered AOL system is designed for quick and hassle free installation. Day / night detection of the obstruction light is controlled by the Microprocessor solar changing regulator which uses the solar array to detect day / night conditions.
